In-House Brands (Domestic)
You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item from our in-house brands. You may return the item in its original packaging or opened, provided it is in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Imported Items
Imported items can only be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and in unused condition. Opened imported items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or opened perfumes (unless defective).
Clearance items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within the 15-day period to arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are subject to availability.
